To insert pages from another PDF or an image, add the file: its pages join at the end, ready to drag into place. A blank page takes the size of the page it follows.

Puts a PDF's pages in the order you want: a scan that came out back to front or sideways, a page that belongs elsewhere, pages you do not need, a blank page for notes, or a page from another PDF or a photo slotted in. Pages are copied as they are, never redrawn, so text stays sharp and selectable and form fields and links keep working. The PDF is arranged and saved on your device and never uploaded.

How to use it

Add a PDF by dropping it on the tool or with Choose files; one that needs a password asks for it. Its pages show as thumbnails. Tap or click pages to select them (Shift+click selects a run), then:

  • Move: drag pages into place; on a phone, press and hold first. Several selected pages move together.
  • Turn left or right, and delete, from the toolbar or from the buttons on a page.
  • Duplicate: a copy of each selected page, right after it.
  • Blank page: added after the last selected page, or at the end when none is selected, the size and orientation of the page before it.
  • Reverse order: the last page first, as for a stack scanned face up.
  • Odd / even selects the pages in odd or even places, to turn or delete every other page at once.

Undo and redo step back and forward through every change (Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y). With the keyboard, arrows move between pages, Shift+arrows move the page, R turns it and Delete removes it.

To insert pages from another PDF or an image, add that file too: its pages join at the end, named by the file's letter (A1, B1), ready to drag into place. Each image becomes one A4 page, or Letter where the browser's language names a country that uses Letter paper, the whole image shown. Save PDF makes one PDF of the pages as arranged, named after the first file, as in scan-organized.pdf.

Frequently asked questions

No. Each page is copied into the new PDF as it is: a turn is recorded as the page's rotation, and nothing is drawn or compressed again. Text stays selectable, and the file stays about the size of the pages it keeps.
Form fields and links come with their pages. A duplicated page with form fields gets fields of its own, renamed as name+1, so each copy keeps its own answer; the result says when that happened. The first PDF's bookmarks are kept, and a bookmark or link to a page you deleted goes nowhere. Bookmarks of other PDFs you add are left out, and the result says so.
A PDF that needs a password to open asks for it, and the saved PDF has no password; add one again with Protect PDF. A digitally signed PDF can be arranged, but its signature will no longer verify, as with any change to a signed file; the tool says so when you add one.
No. Your browser reads, arranges and saves the files on your device; they are not sent to CornerTools or anyone else, and neither is a password you type. To check, open the browser's developer tools at the Network tab and add a PDF: no request carries it. The PDF engine downloads from this site the first time you use it: a download to your browser, not an upload of your file.
